Anyone here fill out a Form 4 lately? Just wondering how long it took you to get approved? I just hit 7 weeks yeaterday since sending it off. My FFL origanally told me he was getting approvals around 4 to 6 weeks, but lately it has taken almost the full 90 days. He's thinking they are swamped with the fear of what might happen come election day.

Nah, it's the "regular" holiday NFA rush, funny enough. From late October to late January, they get lots and lots of F1s and F4s.

Waiting about 6 weeks right now myself. Last one took 3 weeks but that was in May.

Think its do to vacations around the holidays and like PTK said there seems to be a uptick in purchases that time of year as well.

Count yourself lucky. Before the move to WV, it was taking 7-9 MONTHS.

I thought it had to be done within 90 days?

it seems to have increased for varied reasons from what I can discern such as
-new personnel (training time etc)
-more stringent/thourough trust inspections
