Blaser weaver type rail mount

I recently saw a Blaser R93 tactical rifle that had a weaver style rail mount. It attached just like the saddlemount but had a flat rail. The guy at the gunstore didn't know who made the mount and neither do I. Does andbody here know who makes this mount?
