I have been reloading crappy reloads for my nines for years.
If it weren't for bad luck, I'd have no luck at all.
Finally yesterday, I got the results I'm looking for out of my nines.
WOOHOO!!
Finally found a load that works.
Thanks to all of you that have helped me over the years.

Sorry. I was so excited, I neglected to include the load.
Not my responsibility (Or anyone's but your own.) if you blow up your gun, as with anything, work up to it.
cci standard pistol primers
6.8 grains HS-6
Rainier 124 flat point plated no cannelure
Dillon 550 using RCBS dies, and a Lee carbide factory crimp die.
OAL =1.050"
various cases
It's a little on the hot side, but a max load in two of my older books.
In the newer books, it at least a full grain over max.

6.8gr is Hodgdon's current listed max for 125gr jacketed

True, but that's a FMJ seated to 1.09"
It's listed for 1169 in Hodgdon's online manual.
Mine is a flat point at 1.05"
Should be good for a little under 1200.
I think it's safe, but Hornady's new book, fifth edition lists a flat point at 1.05" and the max load of HS-6 is 5.9, good for 1050.
Weak, and conservative, but safe, and legalese.
All my older books list a flat point seated at 1.05" and are around 6.8 grains of HS-6 as a max load.
It seems to work with rainiers, too.
Rainier's online manual is about as conservative, using a little more powder, but seating really long.
