I heard there were not that many imported into the US.

This model intrigues me more than the M9 because of its size. Anyone handled one? Also, would you buy one if you had the chance?

I own one of these, and have a total of eight factory magazines for it. I am not a fan of its trapezoidal sights, so I changed them to PT night sights. It's a nice little pistol, well-built and reliable, but for the life of me I cannot get used to its trigger.

Is the S9 trigger the same as the M9?

What don't you like about the trigger?

Min I think you will really like owning a Steyr. I started out with just one, and couldn't stop buying Steyrs till I owned one of each. I still need to purchase a S9 for my collection to be complete. I use all three of my Steyrs for CCW here in IA.

I had a post a few months ago (http://www.thehighroad.org/showthread.php?s=&threadid=6450&highlight=S40+WOW)

These are great guns that are a joy to shoot. Once I started shooting with the Triangular sites I wish all of my guns had the same sites. If you want to get a great price on a Steyr handgun check out the CDNN website. There is a link on my past post. Feel free to let me know if you have any other questions about Steyrs.
