I have been thinking about putting a ghost ring sight on my 11/87 for deer hunting. Do you guys have any suggestions? Most of my shots are in wooded area's and shots are less than a 100yds.

consider the mossberg GR sight. williams also makes aperature sights for remingtons, as well as Xs sight systems, wilson, and others.

If you like peeps it would be a good choice for your needs . About the best is a square post front and a rear peep that is thin (ghost ring) with a hole about 3/16" . Fast and accurate .
