We folks, the local Liberal Media rag is running another article about Bushmaster. This one deals with Bushmaster's support of the Bill to ban lawsuits against the firearms industry for the actions of its customers. Apparently the Press Herald got the hint when they were taken to task the last time they started playing games with material from an interview, and they've written this article pretty objectively. For those that don't remember, the Portland Press Herald interview the owner of Bushmaster around the beginning of the year. They took a number of his quotes out of context and made it appear that Bushmaster supported the AWB. Roughly 10,000 emails and threats of a lawsuit for libel by Bushmaster made the paper file a retraction the next day.
Still, the poll stands pretty much in our favor, but how about helping it along a bit.
