Black Hills 300 Win Mag 190 Sierra

Does anybody know what powder and primer Black Hills uses on their 300 Win Mag 190 Sierra Matchking round? I am trying to duplicate the ballistics of this particular BH load.

My guess is they use Reloader 22?
