Lone wolf Compensated barrel for Glock34

Does anyone know how good the compensated barrels for Glocks from Lone Wolf? I'm thinking of using using either the 4-port or the 6-port barrel, and not sure which is the best and/or differences other than the size of the barrel. Any suggestions would be appreciated!
