Anyone had any problems with NEW winchester brass being crap?
I bought 500 in 22-250 so far i found 4 of them with flapped over/ split necks that are not shipping damaged but appear to be a failure in the manufacture process.
I could see 4 hmmmmm how many are not good that i can't?????:cuss:

I bought a bag of 300wsm a few months back. One out of the 50 had the same problem that you are describing.
Considering the price I paid for it, I was not very happy to have to throw one in the scrap bin before I even had the chance to load it.
I buy strictly once fired brass now, I'm very happy with all the once fired that I have bought.

What calibers are you looking for? I've got some rifle brass, along with a ton of .40 S&W brass to sell.

No problems with Winchester brass here.
As for 1x brass, check the "For Sale" sections of gun boards,gibrass.com, brassmanbrass.com, and gunbroker.com.

I actually check all of those sites for 1x brass prior to buying new( im Cheap ) and posted on a couple of boards looking for used brass. No luck for 7 days. At that point my obsession took over and i bought the new win brass. I finished processing it last nite late and it ended up being 7 peices that were FUBAR.
Im glad these guy dont build airplanes or anything dangerous like ammunition or guns...............

I bought 50 pcs. w/w .303 brass. Some of the necks were bent in, but I made them right. I've only loaded them once, but from inital inspection they are superior to s & b brass. I'm thinking s & b is thinner and probably more brittle.
