What mag pouches fit 10-round .223 mags?

I've been looking all over online, and for the life of me, all I can find is pouches for the 30-rounders. It seems to me that a 10-round mag might be difficult to quickly extract from the bottom of a 30-round pouch.

Has anyone figured out a solution (or a work around) to this?

Specifically a Saiga .223. I'm going to go out on a limb and assume (you know what they say about assuming) that the 10-round Saiga and 10-round AR mags would fit in the same pouch, no?
