I just discovered these at Fleet Farm (My favorite "everything" store). I bought a box of .45 auto 230gr FMJ for $24.00. I know the Winchester value packs are cheaper. This ammo is better than American Eagle in my opinion. (At least out of my SA 1911.) Function was flawless, very consistent and accurate.

They also sell value packs for 9mm and .40S&W. I'm not sure what other retail stores carry these.

Thanks for the info.
Nice to see another value pack avail , encourages new shooters to -well -shoot, perhaps. I haven't seen these , of course I'm not a shopper and been stuck in front of a 'puter for a bit of late.

This ammo like the C45A I'm guessing-huh?
( Classic 45A)

haven't seen either one here in Greater Cleveland (Fed or Win), but would gladly try them both.

$12 per box of 50? That doesn't sound all that great. I can buy it for that at any gunshow or several online stores. Thanks for the tip but I doubt I will be running out to get some.

I think that the Winchester value pack ammo is Czech-loaded S&B. Good ammo.

I saw the Fed. VP's in Sportsmans Warehouses in St. Cloud and Coon Rapids, MN. And, for the life of me I am sure that I saw them at the Owatona Cabela's last week, too! They were at SW about $24 for the 100 pack of 45's. That is all I pay attention too!
