Just visited the local gun show and man was it insane! Isles were packed barely room to move around!

Anyhooo, just wandering around and finally got to see a Saiga 12 (longbarrel) price was $458 is that the "going rate" or how does it compare.

The guy at the table said they have been having trouble getting in the short barrel ones.

Also there seems to be some sort of mount on the left side of the receiver? Is this for a scope mount or something? I noticed it on the AK version as well. Those were priced at $298. Seemed decent, not a nice fit and finish but the internals all seemed smooth enough in the action.

Anyone own one? Thoughts?

All Saigas come standard with the scope rail on the left side. This fits commie standard optics.

The price seems about right for a 12, to me anyway. The prices went up a lot after people found out about them. :D

I remember looking at them for 250-300 like 3 years ago and saying "maybe later."
