Rifle Questions, Bolt Actions

Along with the shotgun I want to get I would like to get a bolt action rifle.

The one I looked at is in the Gun World magazine, its called the 982VS .22 Magnum. Does anyone have one or fired one of these?

The other question I have is what is a good bolt-action high powered rifle?
and how much would one cost?

CZ 550's run about $560 to $650 online, they're excellent guns for the money.
