Mosin-Nagant Rifles by Terrence Lapin. Amazon has it occasionally, the 7th edition is the most recent. Contents? Pretty much everything you'd ever need to know.

Drei leinen de gewehr, by Karl-Heinz Wrobel, only available in german, and an excellent resource if you can get past that. I prefer to just listen to the author when he posts on Gunboards.

Really, the Mosin-Nagant rifle isn't particularly covered by any collectors-interest books, its study has largely been a result of internet academics who started Gunboards, mosinnagant.net, and 7.62x54R.net and did a far better job cataloging variations than any literary author really could.
