9mm AR loads

Any one out there reloading for their ARs in 9mm. I've a RRA 16" AR that I'm looking for load info in either/or 115 & 124 gr bullets.

Just use any normal 9mm pistol loading data.

The very limited case capacity of the 9mm makes using any slower burning powder for the carbine length barrel impossible.

If you're looking for a powder to take advantage of the 16" barrel, try AA#7.;)
