Anyone know who makes the S&W Performance Center N-frame round-butt Rosewood laminate grips as supplied on the Model 629 Comped Hunter? I'd like to order from the OEM rather than S&W, even if they'd sell them to me.

Here's the revolver: Model 629 Comped Hunter (http://www.smith-wesson.com/products/firearms/pc/m629comphunt.htm)

As a second choice, I'd be interested in the Altamont Wood Combat grips as supplied with the Model 629 Trail Boss - Deluxe Anniversary Model 629 Trail Boss (http://www.smith-wesson.com/products/firearms/m629tb_da.htm).

Here's the Rosewood laminate grips by themselves:

I thought Hogue made all of S&W's grips?

Thanks everyone.

I agree, Gila Jorge & NEon, they look like Altamont grips as best I can tell. However, I wasn't able to find any pictures of Ajax grips on vendor sites.

I've ordered three N-frame and one K/L frame versions from HandgunGrips.com
