Heads up to any and all Iowans and passers by.

There is a new Bill that has been introduced in the Iowa House by Rep. Clel Baudler. This Bill would go a long ways towards helping to create a fair concealed weapons permit system. It would also create reciprocity. Iowa is currently "May Issue" and doesn't recognize any other states permits.

Please let your Rep. know that this Bill would help to create a more safe state through standardized training and put an end to the unfair practice of sheriffs arbitrarily denying permits. Also let the NRA know that we would appreciate their support in what they call a "fair" state permit system.

of reciprocity and Shall Issue status that currently holds sway in your State legislature, I shall be forced to spend my vacation and vacation dollars in either beautiful Washington,DC, or Chicago,IL
