Father in law just bought a MS 6.5x54 in 90%

Try grafs.com Sometimes it's there, sometimes not. I think there's some Norma brass on the market now too. Then there's always Midway or Huntington's.
Get what you need when you find some catalogued: It comes and goes as apparently a lot is made (or imported) just every so often, and it can be hard to come by in between times.

The 6.5x54 brass is listed in the metric section, as I recall. It's there, so don't give up looking.

I use Norma brass in my own 1903 M-S, and it works fine. Watch out for excessive headspace, which is not uncommon in Mannlicher-Schoenauer rifles.
