I am left eye dominate, but right handed. That means when I shoot a rifle I have to shoot left handed. When shooting pistols would it be more accurate for me to shoot with my left hand or right hand?

Shoot with both hands -- Modern Pistol style. If you adopt a Weaver or Isoscles grip, you'll find eye dominance problems are solved.

I'm right-eyed and right-handed, but as I got older, I became far-sighted in the right eye and near-sighted in the left. The sights were just a blur to me -- until I re-trained myself. Now I shoot with the left eye, and the sights are needle sharp. I can superimpose the right eye's vision on the sight picture and see the target sharply, too.

I, too, am right handed left eye dominant. I cant my head when I shoot to align my left eye with my right hand. Lately, I started shooting with both eyes open, although I still squint my right eye on farther targets, I'm able to hit where I'm aiming.

On shooting left handed with a rifle, have you tried doing it right handed with your right eye on the sights? I do it and find no problems.

Guess I'm weird in some way.
