What is your bench height? Do you reload seated or standing?

38"
I can sit on a bar/counter type stool or stand.
Mostly I will sit on the bar stool and reload but at times I alternate to avoid fatigue from one position.

Dillon 450 here. Which you would mount at the same height as a 550, but probably not the same as a 550B, 650 or ... because of the mounting bases they have.
For me, my bench is 38" at the top. Why 38"? Because most of the time I'm standing, but may sometimes sit on a bar stool. I stand in front of the press, arms at my side, bend my right arm at the elbo straight out. That puts my hand right on top of the handle knob. And standing, I can cycle the handle all the way down with just arm motion. I'm right at 5' 8". If you're taller, I'd imagine you'd want the handle knob taller. If you're going to sit, you want to be able to move the arm full stroke without limitation from your chair or body.
My other (green) press sits a few inches lower, and most of the time, I sit while using it.

Dillon claims you should load standing. I load sitting because of age and temperment. My basement ceiling isn't high enough to load standing - even if I wantd to. I ended up making a bench from 3 rows of cement blocks - somewhat of a U shape. 2 blocks along each side. On top of that I bolted two 2X12s for the top. Once everything is bolted down, there is no movement. The bench could probably hold a ton and not move.

I run two 550B's w/o the Dillon mounts on a 30" bench and sit in a regulat kitchen style chair to operate. I do have a SL900(12 ga shotshells) on Dillon mounts and need a bar stool to load comfortably. To each his own. :)

when reloading on my 38" bench I stand, always. It's just more comfortable to me ,and I like being able to put my weight behind the down stroke, and lean into the priming stroke.

I'm 6' 2" and my benchtop is 39" high. I have a 550, a 650, and an SL900 mounted on it, all on Strong Mounts. I load standing up because it seems more comfortable and I can move around a bit. Sitting in a chair or a stool, I feel a bit restricted. Rubber floor mats help a lot. A long time back I used to load 12 and 20 ga shotshells on a Ponsness-Warren 375. Back then, I always loaded sitting down. Seemed like a good idea at the time. Sitting, standing... whatever suits you.

I just finished building my new bench, and made it 36 inches. I have my three dillons on strong mounts, and they are at the perfect height for loading comfortably while standing.

My bench is 27”, when using the 650 (w/o strong mount) my chair is set at 19”. When loading on the 1050 or 650 with the strong mount the chair is at 23”
