Can you get a single side magazine release for a Ruger P95? By replacing the ambidextrious magazine release on it. I hate the ambi on there now. The magazine always falls out when I put it in the holster IWB.
Thanks for any help.

Ruger pistol are made tough, but not sure how they perform and how good are the mechanics of it compare to other high semi autos. Plus you seem to have a pistol which is not right 'fit' for you. Thus, sell it and go to firing range, test a few, and then pick the one you like the best.

:uhoh: Yeah you probably could have someone pull it off, but at what cost? Just replace the holster or :barf: buy a different pistol.....

You can remove the right side mag release.
Search http://www.rugerforum.org/phpBB there are instruction on there.
But as somebody else said buy a holster made for the gun and it will not be a problem.

It is possible that the mag release spring is weak. I had that problem on my P-95 and it had to go back to Ruger for replacement.
