The American Humane Association has called for disciplinary action against officers involved in the shooting death of a North Carolina family's dog and also asks for changes in the training received by law enforcement officers in Tennessee.

They better go ahead and start hiring some extra dog catchers. If these cops manage to get off, there may be a massive uprising by the dogs, resulting in rioting and unprovoked veterinarian lynching.

Oh so typical of animal advocates.

The problem is not with the officer who shot the dog. He merely provided the second level of outrage.

The problem is with LE management structure // attitude that turns a wallet on the roof of a car into a presumed felony violation of law.

The guy who shot the dog needs to be fined, reprimanded, undergo counselling, and extensive suspension.

The LE manager who called out for a felony stop should be skinned. You don't go about violating constitutional rights and abusing taxpayers for no reason. This kind of crap will cease when their is pain inflicted on those responsible.
