Historian Says Stalin Tried to Kill John Wayne
Genocidal Soviet dictator Joseph Stalin tried but failed to add one prominent American to his millions of murder victims: John Wayne.
Fox News Channel, quoting a British historian, this afternoon reported that Stalin was so enraged by Wayne's symbolic value of all things good and American that he tried to have the movie star assassinated.
Stalin sent two assassins to Hollywood to kill Wayne, according to the report, but they failed in their mission.
Gee, these days a communist dictator could just ask Alec "Kill Henry Hyde" Baldwin to do his dirty work for him.
