Is it time to impose picture-posting discipline here?

People post pictures of the most obscure and irrelevant things, from bloody hog's noses to welts to screenshots of someone's "ignore list".

And the thing is, people download this stuff! Not just one, not just two, but dozens or even hundreds of people! Who are these people?

All these images must be eating up bandwidth or storage space. How long do they remain in the system? Is it becoming a problem? Will the staff eventually impose some kind of limit on the number of pictures that can be posted?
