No Malfunctions Ever?

First priority is total reliability in an arm. It must feed, extract, and go Bang above all else. How many of you reloaders have a caliber that you've never ever had a malfunction of any type in any arm?Lots of revolver calibers are expected. How bout your auto cartridges?
My calibers that I've reloaded and never had a function problem with are;
38 Spec.
357 Mag.
44 Spec.
44 Mag.
45 LC
223/5.56 (This is the one I'm proud of.)
I'd like to put 308 on the list but some of my early 308's wouldn't chamber in certain Rem 700's & Savage's even though they worked in my M1A (except a single FTE one time, weak load.)
I have reliable 45ACP loads but I've tried so much different stuff with this caliber that yeah, some didn't work over the years. Factory shooters need not reply, Reloads.

I had lots of FTF problems with 38 spc and 357 mag until I realized the wrong primer seater was in the press! No failures since then. No failures with 44 spc or mag, but I've only loaded a few of those. As far as auto calibers go, I expect failures. I reduce the charge until the gun fails then go back up to the last functional load. One of the fun things about handloading (for me) is customizing loads for different events. Sometimes, an ultralight load is all that is needed.

I have loaded thousands of rounds of .45 Colt for three revolvers and one lever action rifle, and I have had no failures to fire or feed. With this caliber I have had no problems.

I've only goofed with some .45ACP stuff, but that was strictly practice ammo. Wrong bullet seating depth, for instance, on some sorta odd-shaped SWCs. Early daze with a Dillon 450, I left the powder out of one. Cost me a barrel.
Never, ever, a problem with any serious ammo, other than minor teething pains in load development. For instance, I'd seated some .243 bullets a bit far out, and they grabbed on the lands. That was found at the first benchrest session, and readily cured. They shot okay, of course.
I'd have to say I've essentially had no problems, considering some 53 years of this game...

Years ago as a Police and Civilian rangemaster I asked hundreds of shooters about the quality of components they used and what brands caused any problems and I also polled my hundreds of customers I sold progressive reloaders to and I wrote in my resulting booklet about all the injuries that were reported and they were caused by CCI primers that did not have consistent diameter and anvil height control for progressive reloader primer feeding mechanisms.
