Can some one give me some advice or an email address for an administrator at SigForums ???
I've registered at SigForums , but did not get the confirmation email.
Now I can not post. I am registered. It's a catch 22 . I tried the "Forget Your Password?" , but I get no email return.
HELP !

The contact email address is on the bottom of every page at sigtalk/sigforums.

Again the catch 22. When I punch the contact us icon , I get a message :
Can not send mail . No mail program is set up to send mail using Internet shortcuts.
Can you see a physical email address when you punch the Contact us icon ? Thats what I need.
Thanks

When I press the 'Contact' button the email address shows as "info@sigtalk.com". Give that a try. Also "webmaster@..." will almost always get you a response at any site. It's sort of a universal contact address.
It's odd that you don't have an automated email linkage. That problem is on your end, not on SIGtalk's end.

Thanks ,
I know the problem is on my end but could not do anything about it. I got stuck in the mud. I'll shoot an email and get this thing cleared up.
Thanks again'

Oh, lovely. IE, the browser that won't show you the link when you mouse over it. Might I suggest Mozilla (http://www.mozilla.org/) or Firebird (http://www.mozilla.org/products/firebird/)
Also, you can use mozilla or Thunderbird (http://www.mozilla.org/projects/thunderbird/) for mail, which would then allow you to click on email links and see the address it's sending to in the message composing window.

No, IE does show the link content as you mouse over it, at least for my version it does (V6). For example, the SIGTalk contact link shows up as "Email to: info@sigtalk.com". That's how I often decide to enter or a link or not. The name of a site may make you have misgivings about whether you want to go there or not.

Hmm, you're right. Maybe it's because I always end up browsing from a local explorer window, and though it converts the toolbar it doesn't add the text display area at the bottom.
