***? Is there a Constitutionally approved method of PROPERLY INFRINGING?

Did I miss something that might have come after "shall not be infringed", such as "... except as provided for by arbitary acts of congress"?

And FWIW, I didn't see anything about law abiding People, either.


And _that_ attitude my friends, even from one who has a friendly voting record, explains why our enemy legiscritters feel smugly justified in doing what they do.
