Not sure where this setting is at. I've lost the "quote" button in topics when reading them.

Not to worry, you've not lost it. We just don't have one.

We found that people were eating tons of resources using it, mostly wasting it, so it was removed to try to keep the place running.

You can still quote people manually by using brackets and copy/pasting the desired text. Example: <quote=MEMBERNAME> this is a test <quote>

But instead of < and >, use [ and ] instead and you get the results below.
