How to do quotes?

Just saw this on *ahem* another board so I thought I'd ask it here.
What kind of witchcraft does it take to do quotes of other posts? I don't see any magic "quote" button, though maybe its just me being slow!
Thanks

What I do, is select/copy the text I want to quote. Then I click on Reply. Right above the window that I'm typing in right now is a magic button labled "Quote". I click on that, a window pops up and I paste the text I want to quote into the window. Click OK and off I go.

That kind of quote?
Highlight and copy what you wish to quote, then when you compose your post, there indeed is a "qoute" button under the "color" option box.
Click it, apply the curser, right-click to paste what you've copied.
Should work just peachy, good luck.
[Edit: I see someone beat me to it, that happens when you're a slow typer :p ]

another way to do it is to type [quote]Then paste the text you want to quote here then close the quote by typing [/q**te] (where q**te is the word quote, if I typed it you would have seen the quote.... not how to type it.
