Getting the Glock 19...

After more than a year of looking, finally got a job -- still no health insurance -- but got my permit upgrade request from the company so I can be available for armed sites. The Chief's out on weekends -- good to be Chief -- and the other person I need to speak to is out until Monday. Put in a request for the Four Seasons gun shop to put a Glock 19 on hold for me. Can't believe I'm finally going to be able to own that gun....

Mastro,
Are you allowed high capacity magazines in MA or must you suffer the slings and arrows of outrageous fortune and the castrated 10 rounders?
Pick up a couple two or four of the 15's if you're able.
Congratulations. My 19 has been with me for 12 years now (has it been that long?) and fits like a glove and shoots like a dream.
Too bad its so fugly.
Adios

Excellent handgun. I've got about 2,000 rounds through mine
without trouble. Esthetically, I find the G19 to be, well,
"business-like," not ugly.
Enjoy.

I couldn't get the class A without being hired -- or a really good attorney -- and couldn't get hired without the class A. Make sense? I have two type M Berettas -- eight rounds. I've always wanted the Glock 19 and 26. Later I'm going back for the Beretta full sized guns too, but the Glocks will make a great duty gun.
P.S. I've never minded the looks -- I think the Glock has charm...:D

Congrats on the Glock 19. It's easily my favorite of the breed. I tried G23's but didn't like them. The G19 is the balance between size and power IMO.
