I ran across a Winchester 1200 that was used for Police work. It has a 18" barrel and it is marked "riot". The gun is in fantastic condition. I am not familiar with Winchester pumpers. Is the asking price of $150 a good one? I have no real need for it. It just looked like a n to own gun.

100% - $250
98% - 200
95% - 180

70% - 125
60% - $75

Edit: ignore me for a sec, read model 12, not 1200.. checking again

Further edit: there is no Model 1200 Riot either under winchester or trench guns in my Blue Book.

Final Edit: put in the Blue Book for the 1200 Defender

Most of those listed at Gunbroker seem more in line with the price you have listed though. A couple of 1200s in my favorite FFL's used rack, not as good condition externally as you describe, are priced about $100 higher.

It was part of a lot of guns that Gander Mountain bought from some government agency. The guality of the guns varied. The one I bought was in very good condition. At the $149.00 price tag I will not regret having it. Thanks to all for your imput.
