Lookie now!

It's been a few years in the making. Well, just deciding to go ahead and spend the cash was the hard part. But here it is with a few two tone items added and before the first attempt at painting:

Now please forgive these photos, since I did a quick shot of pistol last night right as the sun was going down and did not have much natural lighting. I'm going to do a reshoot this weekend.
But this is after sight work, milling the flat top to break up the boredom, a dehorn job, fitting a different Wilson beavertail and Mueschke Ambi thumb safety (did dehorn, beavertail and thumbsafety myself), beadblasted all parts and brushed the flats with 400 grit paper on a sheet of glass, repainting the aluminum frame with KG GunKote and sending off all the parts to Tripp Research. They did me about a two week turn around. Not too bad!

Very nice job. I especially like the top milling.I have a Defender that would like the same thing.

Nice job, i wish i could use a small ball end mill that good, i keep breaking the little stuff.
Happy to see you got the gun kote problem worked out, it came together very nice, i'm impressed.
