Of the 1 in 12" .223s I have loaded for - a Rem 700VLS and 700 SPS the best accuracy was achieved using 52 Berger Match in the VLS and the 52 Sierra MatchKing in the SPS. My newest .223 , the SPS is shooting extremely well and looks like a perfect match with the 52 Sierra.

It seems the 600 yard shooters are more apt to use the much heavier bullets which require the faster twist barrels. In my 1 in 9" twist .223s I have shot 69 grain with great results but still at short distance. Those competing at long distance have 75 , 77 , 80 and even 90 grain bullets.

Your 1/12 should handle anything up to 60 grain bullets nicely.

As for the best one, only your rifle knows for sure what it will like.
You will have to burn some powder to find out.

Any of the match grade 52 - 53 grain HP bullets or Hornady A-Max, or 50, 55, or 60 V-Max, or Nosler Ballistic-Tips would be a very good place to start testing.
