I remember seeing a picture on either THR or TFL (I think Runt or Oleg snapped it) of a trailer sitting at a gun range with "Paid for with your Pittman Robertson tax dollars" or something similar painted on the side. (in case you have no idea what Pittman Robertson is, its the ~11% tax manufacturers pay on ammo and guns, it goes to shooting sports and wildlife/hunting conservation type stuff in grants to the states) Does anyone have a link to that picture? I'm in a discussion on another board regarding the tax, and someone's said they've never seen any proof of the fund's use; any searches I ran on "tax and trailer" and similar phrases turned up nothing.
