I bought a used M-6 today (without instructions). Can anyone give me the quick and dirty on adjusting the screws, e.g. which screw is elevation, and which direction moves POI up (assuming the M-6 is mounted and I'm looking at it from below)? Thanks.

Well, my M6 manual is about as quick and dirty as you get.

-While aiming with iron sights, turn on laser and superimpose the dot above front sight At 25m.
-Shoot three rounds and verify they hit to point of laser aim.
-"Make the necessary adjustments to the beam to ensure it's aiming point and the shot group are properly aligned"

There is no diagram on the W/E screws going which ever way. I adjusted mine the night I got it and haven't touched it since (4 years now) so I can't recall any more.

Wonderful. I requested a manual via Email today...maybe I'll call them on Monday instead. So far, the laser indicates that I have palsy or something- I don't expect the best of luck getting the thing sited via the iron sites.:uhoh:
Thanks Roccobro!

Yes, the dot does dance quite a bit. I wondered how I EVER got a one hole grouping if I move that much!

As long as you have the dot just peeking over your front sight when your targeted with iron sights, it WILL be on. The training I got with my light said it was "co-witnessing" your irons and improves your mental "trust" that your bun will put the bullet where you want it to in a fire fight without proper sight alignment.
