I, much like everyone else here am probably sick of these 'price check' threads. On the other hand, I can't think of a more reliable and diverse set of opinions and knowledge.

So, the question is, how much would you pay for a 40 year old Marlin 30-30? Apparently its in used but good condition and has taken down a number of deer.

Kind of a vague question without knowing more about the condition of the finish, how many dings are on the stock, etc but any input would be appreciated.

I live in southern NY state, if geography is a factor.

Mine is a 336A made in 1947. I bought it 3 years ago in V good condition for about $150 IIRC.
