Is this gun considered to be a rifle, legally? So I can carry it to all states as a rifle?

Yes it is considered a rifle, but you can't take it into certain states with highly restricted gun laws like California and such.

Michigan considers the Sub2K a pistol because overall length is less than 30".

Michigan considers the Sub2K a pistol because overall length is less than 30".

(e) “Pistol” means a loaded or unloaded firearm that is 30 inches or less in length, or a loaded or unloaded firearm that by its
construction and appearance conceals it as a firearm.

possibly dumber than MA laws... no definition of a rifle.
