I just placed my second-ever call to tech support at Hornady, this time it is a bent primer slide wire which I must have damaged late yesterday. They're sending me the replacement under warranty, even though I wanted to pay for it. Just like the last time I called them - quick, reliable, courteous service! Thanks, Hornady!!! :)
