Bought a Remington 799 "mini mauser" about 3 months ago and am having issues with the follower. Basically the rear of the follower spring is catching on the back wall of the magazine cavity. In other words, when I go to load the spring catches and tilts making it impossible to load the weapon.

Anyone have experience with this?
