When I say dual optic, I mean one optic for long range such as a scope, and an optic for short range such as an aimpoint/reflex

I've seen some mounted 45 degrees on the rifle which are really neat, and I've seen baby reflex sights mounted ontop of scopes with picatinny rails ontop of the scope rings.

If you have something like this, or pictures at least, post them up and maybe we can get some good ideas out of it.

thanks

Alot of 3 gun guys do this. If you go to the Brian Enos forums you will likely be able to find lots of threads and maybe some photos on this subject.

Nope, just tilt it very slightly, and keep both eyes open. It's something I've been playing with at 3 gun, instead of acutually trying to learn to shoot better. Always easier to mess with gear instead of fundamentals.
