I can't find it listed on the ATF website's lists. It's a variant of the Model 1890 (I believe) which is listed, but can't find a specific reference to the Model 90.

Anybody know?

For what it's worth, I finally did discover that it is C&R eligible.

The ATF definition is that any gun over 50 year old is C & R eligible. In addition, those on the the ATF list are also C&R eligible.

The 1890s production ended over 50 years ago and so are C&R eligible.
