NY ammunition coding bills

I'd like to communicate to my state legislators that I would like them to vote against the proposed ammunition coding bill (or at least remove the possession of non-coded ammunition by private citizens criminality part).

However, right now I am far too fired up about this topic to send an appropriately worded communication. (I somehow doubt that a communication of, "*** are you all thinking? Are you all performing gustametric analysis of illicit narcotics to alleviate the forensic lab backlog?" will be very effective.)

In all seriousness, I need some help with the language describing how this will impact hand-loaders and why it is bad.

Thanks!

Explain that requiring something that does not yet exist amounts to a de-facto ban and is unconstitutional and due to the nature of the regulated product nearly unenforceable.

I'm not a lawyer, but thats my 2¢.
