Running Slow?

It appears that APS and THR are running slow... is that due to the space problem, or did I just break the internet?

We have a ton of people online at the moment - over 2,000. It's always slow when that happens.

That, plus I recently ran an upgrade and it looks like we lost our optimizations for a board of this size (both MySQL and Apache). I'd start tinkering, but I'm hoping to hop servers soon so tweaks are low on my to-do list.
