What would you do if another AWB or a HR 1022 was on the future Presidents desk regardless of who was elected?

This poll is flawed.
You actually expect people to admit to willingness to break a law with their username beside it? Methinks not!

Cry.
Cuss.
Repeat.
Re election 2008: Of the front runners, all will sign it. It must be hung-up in a committee or die on a technicality in one or the other chambers (or both) to fail.
Scouting for this vile paperwork must be continuous. Letters, membership renewals and PAC contributions should already be mailed. Phone calls should be regular and repetitious. Recruiting, especially of family and friends should be ongoing.

some people seem very willing to say 'cold dead hands' so I thought I'd include it.....I made it a public poll to increase honesty.

Hmmm, the disobey the law thing. I think it really depends on how exactly the law is written. It could be that by stocking up on guns and ammo about to be banned that you could be breaking the law simply by having them in possession. It all depends on what ends up in the wording. That being said I would say "break the law" especially if it is something along the lines of outlawing what is already in your possession. Not nessacarily the right thing legally but definately the right thing from a human rights and patriotic standpoint. I have always thought that the idea of the 2nd ammendment just by its wording is pretty clear about the whole gun laws thing, "shall not be infringed" pretty much sums it up.
