TCJ data for 158 gr. .38?

I wanna get the Speer Manual, I need to get it, I'm gonna get it, but I don't have it yet, and I wonder if someone who does would look at the TCJ (plated/jacketed) bullet info for 158 gr. .38 +P loads. I'm interested in using W231, 'cause it meters well for me and it's what I have on hand, but I could get any other fast/medium burning powder that worked really well.

Alternatively, anyone have any personal data for .38 158 gr. +Ps (plated) they'd like to share? I'm hoping to go 850-900 fps from a 4" barrel to push well over IDPA power factor.
