I wanted to share some excellent customer service I had on Saturday. The shop is The Gun Broker in Tigard Oregon.
I was going to watch my brothers girls (3 of them) while he was working and our wives were having a "girls weekend" at the beach. So we decided meet someplace in the middle and through a fortuitous coincidence, there happens to be a gun store there. When I got there, he was looking around and his 3 girls were at the counter on stools each setup with a coloring book and crayons the store had let them use. I walked in with my 2 girls and they came up with some more coloring books.
The help was friendly as always and knowledgeable. Jon fondled a couple Berretta's and I checked out a couple rifles.
Unfortunately, neither one of us is in a position to buy a gun right now, but I did pick up a cleaning kit.
I know I owe these guys a gun and won't let them down when I go to purchase the next one. In the mean time, I guess I will give them my endorsement.
How you treat me is one thing, how you treat my family is a whole other thing. These guys are winners in my book.
