FINALLY! Found a set of Hogue grips for my BHP...

I've been looking for a set here in Northern Virginia for some time, but no one has had them in stock. I don't like the stock panels on the BHP, as they're too angular and blocky for my hand. I can shoot the gun well with them on, but it just didn't feel natural or comfortable.
Well, I finally came across a set at Virginia Arms in Manassas a couple of weeks ago, and I finally got around to putting them on the High Power the other day.
The difference is night and day. It now feels as if it is made for my hand. I can't wait to get it out to the range to see how well I can do with it now.

I know what you mean about the night and day thing. I have a set of Houge wraparounds on my ruger P-94 and it turned from being an ok feeling gun in my hand, to being an outstanding feeling gun in my hand.
I will never own a gun without a set of them if I can avoid it.

I just bought and installed a pair last night. They really are great.
I did like the factory composite grips too, but the frontstrap was just too slippery with my sweaty hands in the 100-degree-plus heat.
I LOVE the way it feels now, it's even better. I think I'll buy a set of these for every handgun that I buy... If I can ever afford another one. ;)

I've been using Houges on mine for years. Good grip, no slip.
