Wonder what led to the "remorseful" label. If he said "Oh how I wish the suspect hadn't forced me to defend myself and shoot, it's one thing. If he said "Oh how I wish I hadn't shot him." it is another. Guess which opens the door to prosecutors and attorneys for the suspect's family, to help file charges or sue.
