Uh...how do you get the bayonet off a British Enfield No.4 MkI*? It looks like it has a spring loaded button on the bottom. Any help would be appreciated!

Right, I have a spike bayonet that has a button on the bottom rear of the bayonet. You push the button and twist the bayonet. There are two lugs on the barrel that line up with a slot on the bayonet. You have to have those lined up to put it on and off. So, you push the button and twist the bayonet to line up those grooves with the lugs.
