Question about APS

Is there a way to change the coloring of APS? I am not a techie so be kind please. With my color vision there is not enough contrast in the screen for me to easily read the site. Along with that is the very small print on the quote lines. I have to take my glasses off and put my nose 6" from the screen, or squint really hard.
I tried finding where to change the settings with no luck.
Anybody?

You can improve it a bit, but there isn't a really high contrast theme available.
Try this:
Log in to APS.
Select "Profile" from the menu.
In the menu on the left side, select "Look and Layout Preferences."
Near the top of the "Profile" section, you will see "Current Theme: Forum or Board Default (change)"
Click on the "change"
Select the "Classic YaBB SE Theme" or "Babylon Theme" Both of these have higher contrast than the default. However, none available are extra-clear.
For type size, you can change that in your browser.
If you are using Mozilla Firefox (if you aren't you should be!): Type <Control><+> or select View --> Text Size --> Increase. Repeat until it is as big is you like.
If you are using Internet Explorer: Select View --> Text Size --> Larger (or) Largest
Hope this helps!

Thank you Sir, I followed your suggestions and can now see it much more clearly. Too many years squinting into the sun to see across the desert can really bleach out your retinas.
Thanks again!
